Can you ship to my country?

If your country appears on the list, Auto Bid Master can provide you with an Instant Rate to ship the vehicle to this country. How long does it take to ship my vehicle?
It depends on distance and routing of your destination. Generally, international shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks from time of pick-up, depending on both the vehicle location in the US and the destination port in your country. Shipments to Europe and South America take about 4 weeks from the time the ship sails, Middle East and Africa -- about 5 weeks.
What ports in US do you ship from?
Most of the vehicles processed with Auto Bid Master ship from the ports of New Jersey, Miami, Los Angeles and Houston.
How many cars can fit in one container?
Auto Bid Master specializes in using 40' standard ocean containers, which can normally fit 3 regular-sized cars; 4 compact cars; and in some cases 5 small cars. The number of vehicles to fit into a container also depends on the destination. Please inquire to find out if a certain number of cars can be loaded to your destination.
Do you provide inland transportation?
Yes, Auto Bid Master can pick up your vehicle from any any location in the US and deliver it to your Port of Loading.
Can you ship my vehicle by RORO (Roll on, Roll of ) service?
Yes, RORO service is available for drivable vehicles only and requires a Custom Quote. Auto Bid Master's Shipping Calculator is based on a price of 1 vehicle in 40' container with 3 vehicles total.
Is the vehicle insured while transported?
For inland transportation, all Auto Bid Master's contracted carriers are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 USD cargo insurance per vehicle. Auto Bid Master can provide a copy of the carrier's insurance coverage on request. For ocean transportation, the Customer can purchase Marine Insurance through Auto Bid Master at approximately 2.5 - 4.5% (varies depending on destination) of the value of the vehicle. Auto Bid Master will need Vehicle Cost, Year, Make, and Model to secure a Marine Insurance quote.
What kind of paperwork do I need to ship my car?
International Customers need to provide an original Vehicle Title and the Bill of Sale. Once the vehicle is shipped and is processed by US Customs, we will return the the original Vehicle Title along with the Bill of Lading. The documentation will be send to Customer via certified courier serivce.
How can I track the shipment?
Yes, you can view the status of his vehicle's transport in My Account at www.AutoBidMaster.com. Our tracking system allows you to track your vehicle shipping process in real time and provides the following information for domesict shipping: Vehicle is Scheduled for Pick Up, Vehicle is Picked Up, Vehicle is Delivered.
For international orders Auto Bid Master's tracking system provides the following information: Vehicle is Delivered to Warehouse, Vehicle is Loaded into Container or on Ro-Ro Ship, Vessel with Vehicle is Scheduled to Sail, Vessel with vehilcle Actually Sails, Transit Times, Estimated Time of Arrival. Auto Bid Master will supply you with a copy of the Dock Receipt once the vehicle is loaded into a container. The Dock Receipt displays: Container #, Vessel Name, Car Information and Booking #. Auto Bid Master will provide you a link to the Ocean Carrier's tracking website, where you can track the progress of the container.

How long does it take to deliver a vehicle?
It depends on where the car is being shipped to. For example U.S. coast to coast delivery usually takes 7-10 days from the time of pick-up, and delivery to a neighboring state may take only 1-3 days. We can communicate the shipment time prior to shipment. Our online tracking system allows you to track your vehicle shipping process in real time. Can you deliver the vehicle to my house?
Yes, Auto Bid Master can deliver to your house and the residential area in general. However, delivery to a residential area is possible only if there are no legal restrictions and if space large enough to accommodate the transportation vehicle is available, e.g. if semi-trucks regularly pass through your street, then it might be possible to unload by your residence. Otherwise, the delivery can be made at a near by parking lot or shopping plaza.
Can you deliver to a place of business such as a Mechanic's Shop?
Yes, Auto Bid Master can deliver your vehicle to a Mechanic Shop or any other place of business that you specify on your shipping order. Please provide a contact name and a phone number of the person that will sign for your vehicle so they can take the possession of the vehicle at the time of delivery.
How do I know when my vehicle will be delivered? Will someone contact me?
Real time vehicle shipping status information is available in My Account. You will also receive live email notifications about vehicle shipping status change. In addition, the delivery driver will call you (typically 1-2 business days) in advance to notify you and schedule the precise delivery date and time.
Can someone else sign for my vehicle if I am not available when it arrives?
In the event you you are not available to receive your vehicle when it arrives, the vehicle will either remain on the carrier truck for a later delivery, or the vehicle will be placed in storage until you can arrange for it to be picked up. Vehicles placed in storage are subject to additional storage and transport charges. Alternatively, you can designate a person to sign for your vehicle and they can take the possession of the vehicle as it arrives.
My vehicle is not operable. Can you ship it?
Yes, Auto Bid Master ships damaged or non-running vehicles. The customer is responsible for arranging proper loading equipment at origin and destination locations.

Auto Bid Master contracts with carriers, who have a wide array of equipment, such as tow trucks, 3-car haulers, 9-car haulers, enclosed trailers, and open trailers. However, we do not guarantee the type of transportation equipment that will be used to transport your vehicle. You can request the transportation vehicle type for your delivery when you place your order.

What are the ways I can pay for vehicle shipping?
All vehicle shipment orders have to be prepaid by bank wire transfer only. The vehicle payment will not be scheduled for pick up unless full payment is received. Please fax us or email your payment confirmation to expedite vehicle pick up process.
Are there any additional fees involved?
Auto Bid Master quotes cover all shipping costs of your vehicle. Auto Bid Master quotes do NOT cover: additional Driver Wait Time fees, Storage fees, Loading/Unloading fees, Receiving Bank Wire Transfer fees, and Destination Country fees. If there is a loading fee at the pick-up facility, and the driver pays that fee, the Customer is responsible for reimbursing the driver. Please make sure the Driver presents the Customer with a valid receipt.
Will there be extra fees if the car is not drivable?
If you specifiy that the car is not drivable, there will be no additional fees. However, if you specify that the car is drivable, and at appears to be not, then the you may incur an additional fee during pick-up. Please remember that you are responsible for ensuring proper equipment to unload the vehicle is available at your delivery destination.
When will my vehicle be picked up?
Auto Bid Master's standard pick-up window is 1-7 days from the time your shipping order has been paid. However, in some remote areas, vehicle pick-up may take longer. Please note all pick-up and delivery dates are estimated and Auto Bid Master does not guarantee an exact pick-up or delivery date and time.
Can you pick up my vehicle today?
Auto Bid Master will do its to accommodate your request for the same day vehicle pick up request. Although same day pick-ups are sometimes possible, we do not guarantee it.
Can you pick up a car tomorrow?
Auto Bid Master's normal pick-up window is 1-7 days. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we do not guarantee an exact pick-up or delivery date and time.

Auto Bid Master will ask the driver to check for interior damages, but due to time constraints and regulations at the pick-up facility, it might not be possible.

Auto Bid Master will ask the driver to check the tires, but due to time constraints and regulations at the pick-up facility, it might not be possible. At time of pick-up, the Driver marks damages and missing parts (including tires) to the vehicle's exterior on the Bill of Lading/Damage Report. The Driver releases the vehicle only after the Customer reviews and sign-offs on the Bill of Lading/Damage Report. Doing so enables the Customer to determine that the vehicle is delivered in the same condition it was picked up.
What if my car was damaged while in-transit?
We use ONLY insured and bonded transportation carriers. The transporter will be responsible for damages occurring during transport.
Do you ship from US to Canada?
For the Canadian customers Auto Bid Master can deliver the vehicle to the US border side only. Please choose a Border Crossing in the calculator and receive a shipping rate for your destination.
Auto Bid Master will overnight you the title and the bill of sale and you would need to:
1) contact a Canadian Customs Broker to ensure all documentation requirements are satisfied,
2) pick-up the vehicle in person on the US side,
3) or identify a warehouse location on US side, where Auto Bid Master can deliver the vehicle, and
4) or hire a Canadian Transportation Company to pick-up the vehicle.
