The first generation (2001-2007), features a naturally aspirated V12 engine mated to a 6-speed automated manual transmission that is good for 460 horsepower and 400 lb.ft of torque. It has a top speed of 190 mph and can go from 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds. The second generation (2012-2018) has a more pronounced bulge on the bonnet, a more refined grille, and draws a lot of inspiration from the One-77. It features an upgraded version of Aston Martin’s 5.9-Liter AM11 V12 engine also called the AM28, mated to an updated ZF Touchtronic II six-speed automatic gearbox to deliver 565 horsepower and 457 lb.ft of torque. The top speed is 183 mph and it can go from 0 to 62 in 4.1 seconds. 

Aston Martin DB9

The Aston Martin DB9 is a grand tourer that is the successor to the DB7 and is available in coupe and convertible body styles. It represents a contemporary perspective to the classic DB design. The car is available in variants including the DB9 Volante, DB9 GT, DB9 LM, DB9 Spyder Zagato Centennial, and DB9 Carbon Black, Morning Frost, & Quantum Silver. Originally equipped with the V12 Vanquish’s 5.9-Liter engine which delivers 450 horsepower and 420 lb.ft of torque, an upgrade in 2009 took it to 470 horsepower and 443 lb.ft of torque. The 2013 model year increased engine performance to 510 horsepower and 457 lb.ft of torque with a top speed of 183 mph. Transmission options include a six-speed manual gearbox from Graziano Transmissioni and a six-speed ZF Friedrichshafen ‘touchtronic’ automatic gearbox with paddle-operated semi-automatic mode.  

Aston Martin DBX

The Aston Martin DBX is a mid-sized, all-wheel drive luxury crossover that features a front engine. It first went into production in 2020 and is closely related to the Vantage. It gives the appearance of a small car due to the position of the wheels at the very corners of the wheelbase and a low roofline. It also has the distinction of having the largest grille of all Aston Martin cars and also features swan-hinged doors. The Aston Martin DBX comes fitted with a Mercedes-Benz powertrain and infotainment system. The engine is a Mercedes-AMG M177 4.0-Liter twin-turbocharged V8 that is good for 542 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque and is mated to a standard 9-speed automatic gearbox.  It can go from 0 to 62 mph in 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 181 mph.
